The best concert I have ever been to

  October 12, 2017 Caupolic á n Theater, Santiago. Jorge Drexler is a singer-songwriter and doctor born in Uruguay in 1964. He won an-Oscar for Best Original Song "Al Otro Lado del R í o" (2005) and several Latin Grammy Awards during 2014 and 2018. He plays and composes mostly on guitar with a bunch of people, including his brother. With my mom we were almost the first to arrive to the theater. Throughout the concert we saw people of different ages having a really good time while Jorge talked to the audience and told some stories behind the songs. The visuals of the concert were quite minimal, with a symbolic sphere of the entire "Salvavidas de Hielo" tour, and the lightning work meant a great company for each song. It was my first concert as such with my mother. I won both tickets in a raffle on the Play FM radio after insisting a lot, and it was a great birthday present for her. A country I would like to visit

ICELAND   Since I was very, very young I have talked about exploring certain corners on the planet, such as the mountains of New Zealand, the castles of Scotland, and others. But the one I talked about the most without even knowing about it until a few years ago, was Iceland. It is what the traveling-poets describe; a call to what seems unknown, but it is as if your mind is flying there during the nights.   Iceland:  Scandinavian  island-country, founded more than 1000 years ago by Nordics coming mainly from Norway, and by others of Celtic and Viking mix. It's a place with a very particular geography and climate, due to being mostly mountains covered in snow or green, huge volcanoes and sea wherever you look. Constantly looking trough trees, rivers and huge forests is what draw me to this kind of spaces. The  uncertainty of an adventure, walking, seeing and learning from nature; something that is very done and inspires on the island and the outside....
